Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• Standard (free): 5–9 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping add-on: priority handling, dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Tracking & issues

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact support@spideyshooter.com and we'll make it right. Orders with the Shipping Protection add-on are covered against loss, theft and transit damage.
