Refund policy

We want you to love the Spidey Shooter. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

Email support@spideyshooter.com with your order number and a short note. We'll reply within one business day with instructions.

Conditions

• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Faulty or damaged on arrival? We cover return shipping and send a replacement free.
• Change-of-mind returns: the customer covers return postage.

Sale items and add-ons (Express Shipping, Shipping Protection) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
